0165(2)(b) in the living room - 5 window blinds are accessible to child care children. 0165(2)(c) in the living room and kitchen area - 6 electrical cords, plastic container full of electrical chargers and art plastic lanyard string; that were accessible to child care children. 0165(2)(d) in the kitchen area - in the pantry closet had multiple plastic bags. 0165(2)(f) in the kitchen area - the glass door is missing stickers or art work at child's eye level to prevent from walking into the door. 0165(3)(c) AC unit is accessible to child care children; the inside blades can project objects. 0165(3)(f) in the living room and the dining room - there are three shelves that need to be secured to the wall to prevent from falling to child care children (cubbies, white shelf and shelf with 12 plastic boxes). 0165(5)(f) in the outdoor space - the extension cord needs to be secured and used for temporary purpose only.
